If you’ve been in a service-provider industry long, you’re familiar with the idea of Quote to Cash (Q2C). By definition, Q2C is the information technology term for the integration and automated management of end-to-end business processes on the sell-side. Perhaps more simply, Quote to Cash is the customer-facing path through a company’s selling and fulfillment processes.
But take a peek behind the curtain.
Look at everything that’s happening in your company that doesn’t directly affect the customer experience that happens in parallel to the customer journey, or after the customer interaction has concluded. For most companies, this is where the rubber meets the road. There are a lot of consulting companies in the Q2C space with focuses on CRM or contract management or e-Commerce.
