Bill serves as Vice President of Delivery, leading delivery teams managing complex projects and account relationships. In this role, he oversees ATG’s Delivery Assurance practice whose key responsibility is to drive project and program success via ATG methods and tools and to ensure timely delivery of client solutions.
He brings over 25 years of experience in custom package software implementation and program delivery, consistently achieving high-level client satisfaction. Bill has spent nearly 15 years managing the creation of multifaceted, highly integrated business solutions on the Salesforce platform and surrounding ecosystem as well as driving Quote to Cash programs in extensive enterprise and mid-market companies.
Prior to ATG, Bill’s background included diverse roles in professional services and delivery management with technology startup organizations, Big 4 consulting, and the Fortune 500. He commands extensive hands-on experience in ERP, CRM, Order Management, SaaS, Mobile POS, Subscription Services, CPQ, CLM, and Billing.
Having designed, built, and managed cross-functional teams in multiple industries and solution strategies, Bill is recognized for his ability to communicate and coordinate across organizations – from client sponsors and executive leadership to engagement managers, solutions architects, business unit leads, and program managers.
Raised in Atlanta GA, Bill is a graduate of Emory University and Georgia Institute of Technology. On weekends, he suffers through long morning runs so as to earn relaxing afternoons boating and wake surfing with family and friends.
