Experience

Josh got his start in IT after finishing his Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Montana in 2012. His background in hospitality and small business operations coupled with this technical training enables him to work effectively with stakeholders and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Through the last ten years Josh has worn several hats, including enterprise business analysis, delivery assurance, project manager, and program manager. As a Principal Consultant within our Delivery Management organization, Josh is tasked with delivering projects for some of our company’s largest and complex clients while supporting the growth of our practice.

When he’s not actively managing client engagements, Josh focuses on training and mentorship for ATG’s growing delivery team of project managers. He’s passionate not just about delivering successful projects, but helping colleagues and clients grow as well.

Career Highlights

  • Josh successfully delivered two large multi-national Salesforce engagements partnered with Microsoft D365 ERP implementations over a four-year period.
  • Josh is a recognized leader within the project manager community holding multiple VP roles within PMI Montana chapter over the last six years.
  • He also authored the original version of ATG’s Atlas Delivery Framework® with support from countless contributions from team members from across the organization.
  • Josh has had his hand in several other key process initiatives to help ATG scale including building the company's first official onboarding process and community of practice for business analysts and project managers.
