There is no substitute for the experience one gains from going through a process multiple times, just as there is no substitute for the knowledge of how systems and processes work together within a specific company.”
Tom has more than 30 years of experience in the communications industry, working both as a consultant to – and employee of – service providers. He has held executive positions involving strategic development, new product development, market positioning, sales, customer service, and business unit management.

- Through a series of client engagements at ATG, Tom has helped to define ATG’s documentation and billing system implementation methodologies.
“When a project is big, complex and mission-critical, it demands both functional- and company-specific expertise. There is no substitute for the experience one gains from going through a process multiple times, just as there is no substitute for the knowledge of how systems and processes work together within a specific company.
"Every project has its own unique challenges, but you can mitigate project risk by having the right mix of expertise (functional and company-specific) who know how to apply their expertise when new challenges emerge (as they always do).”
