Steven is a Vice President of Delivery and is accountable for consulting performance across a select North American business unit of ATG client accounts. He is also responsible for driving the growth and development of ATG’s Quality Assurance and Performance practice at an executive level, as well as managing and supporting the ongoing cultivation and application of best practices for enterprise delivery management for business and IT alignment, PMO, Program and Project Management, and SDLC optimization.

With Big Four roots, and two decades of multi-industry and multi-national consulting experience in the United States, Europe, Asia Pacific, and South America, Steven has held several leadership positions within ATG targeted at “Delivery Excellence.” His professional acumen includes business and IT strategy, organizational design, technology governance, enterprise architecture, product and solution design, process engineering, EPMO, program and project management, software development, and quality improvement.

Steven joined ATG in 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting with a concentration in computer science and information systems, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kansas. He also holds postgraduate certifications in Six Sigma and IT Service Management from Villanova University. Steven maintains a Project Management Professional certification via PMI (Project Management Institute), a Six Sigma Black Belt certification via Villanova University, and several business and informational architectural certifications via TM Forum.

Career Highlights

  • Crafted ATG’s “Practice Foundation” methodology used to design, develop, and operate ATG’s delivery practice for Quality Assurance and Performance (QAP), which has delivered up to 1500% returns in efficiency and over $2M in annual savings to ATG’s QAP client base, as well as reduced severe production quality issues to less than 1%
  • Pioneered the development of ATG’s solution frameworks resulting in ATG’s initial PMO/Program/project management competencies used to construct and operate client PMO’s
  • Over 17 years of global/multi-national program and project delivery experience with Fortune 500 clients – implementing, rationalizing, and optimizing Quote-to-Cash platforms that include leading CRM and Commerce, Billing and Revenue Management, as well as financial and public reporting platforms
  • Led multiple international programs on six continents and eleven countries across the globe as large as $150M in budget with over 150+ team members spread across six time zones
