All-In Missoula (AIM)Cognizants exciting 12-week consultant trainee program in Missoula is off to an AIM-azing startThe first cohort, made up of 26 students, wrapped up the inaugural training program on April 26 while a second group of 30 additional students began the program on April 1. On May 1 the first class graduated and all 26 students were hired.

The program has received great response from students, prospective candidates, and the community.

The program is just what prospective candidates felt they needed. 

Many have told us during interviews that this is the exact type of program they had been hoping for prior to making a large transition from their current roles and into a career in technology,” said Kym Corwin, Director for ATG’s Production Success & Expert Services.

One of the most unique aspects of this program is that no technology experience is necessary.  


 “I am most excited that this opens the door to those who may previously felt that they wouldn’t be successful in a tech career because their background was not in computer science or IT. This training gives you the tools you need to be successful,” said Corwin.  

The 12-week paid training program at Missoula College teaches business and consulting fundamentals, information technology, and cloud basics with a focus on the Salesforce platformthe world’s #1 customer relationship management (CRM) platform. 

Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees will be guaranteed a job interview where they could be placed within various roles and projects at Cognizant in Missoula, MT. 

Cognizant, ATG, and UM share excitement to see the program progress and improve. Cognizant will continue looking for motivatedteamcentric individuals who are serious about making a career change. Cognizant and ATG plan to launch additional cohorts later this year.
