BUSINESS CHALLENGE

In 2018, Salesforce and Cognizant (Lev Digital at the time) were selected as the technology and professional services partners for a well-known sports streaming service.

Shortly after, Cognizant was selected to support the launch of their new streaming brand, with a quick ramp up of Marketing Cloud activities to support the new OTT product, globally. ​This was the beginning of a relationship that would come to span six streaming service brands.
