Kelli Ourada
C harismatic. Positive. Thoughtful. Those are three words that come to mind when describing Kelli Ourada. She is a Human Resources Specialist located in ATG’s Overland Park office. Kelli is from Omaha, Nebraska and has been working at ATG for two years.
Kelli's excitement and enthusiasm are felt daily around the office, using quick wit and a penchant for comedy, she never hesitates to bring a smile to our faces.
“I first chose to work at ATG because I loved the core values and the foundation of the company. I stay because the people I work with are great and every day is a new challenge to grow and give value.”
She has worked with many new hires and offers some great advice, “learn as much as you can in your first 90 days about the company, your coworkers and anything else you can get your hands on.”
Working in HR wasn’t always her dream job. As a child, she wanted to grow up to become a teacher. Outside of work, she enjoys doing yoga, obsessing over her three cats (Grace, Charles Dickens, and Ernest Hemingway AKA Ernie), eating french fries, and roller skating. If she could learn to do anything, she would learn how to hip hop dance. Her ultimate dream vacation is to visit Bora Bora and stay in an overwater bungalow. One fun fact about her is that she used to have 22 piercings.
