- The client had an ongoing DocuSign CLM implementation from another SI, but found the solution was highly error-prone.
- ATG was asked to analyze the CLM workflow to see if there was a way to improve them.
- ATG did a full assessment of the client's workflow, identifying individual locations of errors and failures, as well as structural issues exacerbating the system’s inefficiencies.

- ATG Cognizant overhauled the CLM Workflow structure to support scalability and ease of management.
- ATG Cognizant implemented their proprietary DocuSign CLM Workflow Accelerator package, which made it easier to train admins, easier to maintain, easier to scale to new agreement types.
- ATG Cognizant implemented mapping of contract level data to the client’s Salesforce instance, providing Sales Users visibility into their contract data.
IMPACTS & RESULTS
- After go-live, the client’s errors went from 5-10 workflow errors weekly to zero in the last six months.
- Before ATG Cognizant’s engagement, the client was unable to triage any issues by their users. They are now able to handle 95% of business user support questions.
- Workflow improvements were more flexible, making future enhancements easier and management of the solution quicker and more streamlined overall. Any previous workflows could also be looped into enhancements.
