BUSINESS CHALLENGE
- The client had six months to decouple from a homegrown legacy system and spin off from one large business into four distinct business units.
- The client needed to accomplish this goal with urgency but also to simplify system architecture to leverage best-in-industry solutions.
- Ultimately it was decided that three separate instances of Salesforce CPQ would be needed.

- ATGās Atlas Delivery Framework provided the needed tools and accelerators to implement new instances of Salesforce CPQ across the newly-formed business units.
- The new implementations would need to integrate with existing instances of NetSuite ERP, and Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
- Salesforce Communities was also implemented to provide customer learning & development platform.
RESULTS & IMPACTS
- ATG helped the client design business processes to run on Salesforce CPQ for sales and NetSuite for revenue.
- Implementation was rolled out globally and catered to the requirements of the four individual business units, as well as the transformation and importing of legacy data into the four unique Salesforce environments.
- Seventy-five Atlas delivery accelerators were leveraged to expedite RSAās timeline.
- The implementations resulted in a 45% reduction in Sales Operations effort with script automation.
- The expedited timeline netted a $7.5m savings in legacy application costs.
