Expert Services Overview
Expert Services has two delivery options:
Priority engagement with a dedicated expert who serves as a single point of contact to ATG's pool of expertise.
Ticket-based access to support by a team of experts that has full access to ATG's pool of expertise.
Customized engagements are sold in monthly buckets of 10 to 40 hours per month
Select Global System Integrators (GSI) Enablement Option: For larger implementations where an SI is engaged across multiple projects, ATG can support a joint or sub-implementation of CPQ and/or billing
ATG Expert Services can help solve a specific technical or product challenge as well as address solution design or domain best practices
