Peter interacts with IT managers, software developers, and policymakers in the global community to learn more about their requirements and promote a broader understanding of the capabilities of cloud computing in creating and building Customer Companies.

He works with customers, partners, and account teams to accelerate digital transformation timelines, addressing both long-term global opportunities and immediate pandemic-response demands. Peter spent eighteen years pre-Salesforce in technology journalism, following ten years in project management and AI applications work in petrochemical and aerospace operations. He has lectured on innovation practices and AI techniques at Stanford, CalTech, Harvard Business School, and the Sloan School of Management at MIT; his current writing often appears at diginomica.com/author/peter-coffee.

Holly Colbert

VP of Solution Delivery at ATG Cognizant

Holly supports the Business Analysts, Implementation Consultants, and Solution Architects within ATG’s delivery team. This spans resources across all of ATG’s major locations as well as remote workers all over the country. She has over 20 years of IT experience specifically focused on project & program management, process re-engineering, training development, and delivering enterprise software solutions. Holly worked in the pharmaceutical and grocery retail industries before starting her career in Quote to Cash (Q2C) consulting in 2011.

Her primary focus at ATG is building scale for the consulting team. Holly is a firm believer in service leadership and has created a support structure for a growing consultant team while also focusing the team’s and her own professional development on staying current with the ever-changing landscape of cloud solutions supporting the complex Q2C demands in today’s recurring revenue economy. As well, she is extremely invested in the company’s culture and works every day to make sure we can “grow the magic” as the business expands.

Prior to joining ATG, she held a variety of senior leadership roles for a Fortune 50 company including leading PMO, enterprise methodology, IT training and development, and several different software development and support teams enabling business functional areas of merchandising, marketing & customer support, retail analytics, finance, and HR.

Holly holds a BS in Biology from Millersville University in Pennsylvania and has a Masters Degree in Instructional & Performance Technology from Boise State University.

Jorge Watson

VP of Advisory Services at ATG Cognizant

Jorge was recently tabbed as Vice President of Advisory & Transformation Services in ATG’s Missoula Solution Center (MSC). He has been with ATG since 2012 and has worked in a number of capacities with a diverse set of clients. Jorge has worked with companies ranging in size from $80 million to $2 billion in revenue. Jorge also works to support several community non-profit organizations that required technical expertise and strategy.

As a consultant, Jorge led and supported major enterprise transformation projects: agile custom software development, SaaS Q2C implementations, merger/acquisition system integration assessments, enterprise Q2C assessments, and solution architecture support on various SaaS solution design & implementation.

Jorge’s skill set is leveraged to support and lead projects, manage consultant team members, and manage strategic accounts.

Pascal Yammine

Pascal Yammine is Senior Vice President & General Manager of Salesforce CPQ & Billing. In his role, Pascal leads the product direction, marketing, GTM, and operations for Salesforce CPQ & Billing.

He has been at Salesforce for nine years and is known for his skill in leading organizations through transformation and significant changes. He specializes in developing a vision for the future then executing a global scale.

Pascal holds a BA and MA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mandy Febus

VP of Customer Engagement & CRM Operations at Valpak

Mandy is responsible for Marketing and Communications strategies at Valpak. Initiatives that fall under her oversight include managing demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies, corporate messaging, and internal communications.

Prior to being promoted to the VP role, Mandy was responsible for the network-wide implementation of a digital transformation project that leveraged Salesforce.com as a core platform for the Valpak network, facilitating the use of CPQ for quoting and contract management. Mandy brings 15 years of experience working in marketing and marketing technology platforms, with B2B experience from the healthcare and life sciences industries where she spearheaded a variety of global marketing efforts.

Amy Gradnik

Senior Vice President at S&P Global

Amy Gradnik is currently the Senior Vice President of Order to Cash Systems, part of S&P Global’s Finance & Strategy function. In this role, she is responsible for the end-to-end Order to Cash initiative, a critical undertaking to simplify and streamline our customer workflows to ensure a best-in-class experience. As the strategic leader, Amy is a key connection point between our project teams and internal customers.

Prior to this role, Amy was the Technology Chief Operating Officer responsible for the development of the Digital Infrastructure strategy in alignment with enterprise priorities. In that role, she led the execution of Strategic Programs, financial management, and transparency for our customers, maintained our IT Service Management processes and procedures, and ensured proper management and governance of our vendors.

Amy joined S&P Global from Visa, Inc. where she established and managed a global team focused on the delivery of agile and best-in-class infrastructure solutions by providing effective Portfolio Management and Project Management capabilities. Prior to Visa, Amy was the Managing Director and Head of Strategy and Governance for Bank of New York Mellon’s infrastructure organization. Throughout her 11 years at the firm, Amy spearheaded the transformation of BNYM’s Infrastructure organization towards a service-centric, client-focused organization.

Amy holds a B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Robert Morris University. Amy is currently residing in Mars, PA with her husband of 15 years, four children, and a pandemic dog named Baxter.

Sonia Flamm

Executive Director of Salesforce Practice at ATG Cognizant

Sonia is an Executive Director within ATG Cognizant's Strategy and Corporate Development group and the Salesforce Revenue Cloud Practice. Sonia started her career at ATG working on Salesforce CPQ and Billing projects in a variety of roles, including Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, Solution Architect, Delivery Lead, and Trainer.

Today, Sonia is responsible for ATG Cognizant's Salesforce Revenue Cloud practice strategy and partner alliances. Sonia is focused on managing ATG's portfolio of Salesforce customers and the 360-degree relationship with Salesforce.

In addition to her role for ATG Cognizant, Sonia is the Group Leader for the Missoula Salesforce User Group and hopes to bring more attention and jobs to Montana through Salesforce education and outreach.

Lily Varon

Senior Analyst at Forrester Research

Lily Varón is a senior analyst serving digital business strategy professionals. Her research focuses on the strategies and technologies that firms need to win, serve, and retain customers in the age of digital business, including recurring customer and billing management solutions, the merchant payments processing landscape, evolving consumer payments behaviors, and how merchant payments acceptance strategies must adapt to serve them. Her research also covers the translation and localization of global websites and consumer online shopping behavior around the globe, with a particular focus on Asia-Pacific and Latin America.

Prior to her role as an analyst, Lily was a researcher and research associate supporting Forrester's eBusiness & channel strategy research team. She contributed to published reports on topics including e-commerce technology for physical and digital goods, mobile commerce, omnichannel commerce, globalization, global payments, and online customer service.

Kristen Jackson

Manager, Solution Engineering at DocuSign

Kristen joined DocuSign in 2015 and she currently leads an Enterprise Solutions Engineering team. Before stepping into leadership, Kristen was the Solution Engineering Lead for the DocuSign Salesforce Products and spent a lot of time cross collaborating internally and with DocuSign partners with a goal of ensuring customer success when using DocuSign and Salesforce. Prior to joining DocuSign, Kristen spent 8 years working in various technical positions, from Design Engineer in industrial manufacturing to Sales Engineer in software.

Kristen is currently a member of DocuSign WISE and was one of the first employees selected to be a part of the DocuSign IMPACT trip to Quito Ecuador in November 2019. Outside of work, Kristen is a member of the Samaritan House of San Mateo County’s League of New Samaritans and resides in San Mateo, California with her brother and dog.

Elizabeth is Chief Financial Officer at Xactly, a category leader in revenue intelligence. A trusted executive with a consistent track record of providing sound financial guidance, Elizabeth has led Xactly through rapid growth since she joined the company in 2017. Elizabeth’s background includes CFO and other finance leadership roles at start-ups as well as multi-billion dollar organizations including Bank of America, startup MedCenterDirect.com and TicketMaster. She began her career as a senior manager at Ernst & Young and was selected for a highly competitive fellowship program at the Office of Comptroller Currency. Elizabeth resides in Denver, Colorado.

Paul Roehrig

Paul Roehrig is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Strategy and Growth for Cognizant Digital Business & Technology. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Cognizant (a Fortune 200 business and technology company comprised of nearly 300,000 associates).

Paul is a co-author of Monster: A Tough Love Letter On Taming The Machines That Rule Our Jobs, Lives, and Future (2021) and is also a co-author of two other award-winning and best-selling books: What To Do When Machines Do Everything (2017), and Code Halos: How the Digital Lives of People, Things, and Organizations are Changing the Rules of Business (2014). Paul is a founder and former Global Managing Director of the Center for The Future of Work. He has held various other marketing and strategy roles at Cognizant.

He was a Principal Analyst at Forrester Research. In addition, he held operational positions in designing and implementing global technology services programs for Hewlett-Packard.

Paul is a sought-after presenter at a wide range of public, academic, and industry events such as the World Economic Forum, Dreamforce, Oracle OpenWorld, The Churchill Club, the Atlantic Festival, Politico, and many more across the globe. He has regularly been featured in publications such as Forbes, Business Week, The Economic Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Fortune India, Clarin, The Times of India, Computerworld, and others.

He holds a Ph.D. from Syracuse University and was formerly a professional musician. He lives in the Washington, DC, area with his family.

Peter Doolan

As the EVP of Digital Transformation & Innovation with Salesforce Peter has responsibility for a diverse group of designers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and engineers serving large and strategic customers globally. His organization includes deep design thinking practitioners and technology specialists who apply the incredible technology and social power of cloud computing to create a transformation vision that delivers strategic value and business success for their customers.

Peter's also a passionate voice on business, technology, and industry issues. One of his strengths is the ability to describe sophisticated concepts in accessible language, to represent Salesforce with customers, partners, and the media.

Prior to joining Salesforce Peter led solution engineering and consulting teams with Oracle in North America and Europe. Over his 22-year career with Oracle he served global customers with enterprise applications and technology transformation projects in the most demanding business environments.

This breadth of experience has allowed Peter to develop the technical, business, and social perspectives required to offer practical solutions to Salesforce customers globally.

Seth Bodnar

Seth Bodnar is an innovative and collaborative leader with a track record of success in building effective teams and helping people and organizations reach their full potential. Having successfully led in both the public and private sectors, he is experienced in shaping the strategy of an organization and providing the vision, voice, and visibility needed for growth and long-term vitality.

Seth firmly believes in the power of higher education to transform lives and communities. The son of two educators, he is passionate about teaching and mentorship and has received multiple honors for his leadership and coaching. Seth graduated first in his class from West Point, received both the Rhodes and Truman scholarships, and earned two masters degrees from the University of Oxford. He served as an assistant professor in the Department of Social Sciences at West Point, where he taught economics. Seth continues to serve as an Army Reserve officer and a visiting faculty member at West Point, and he is a board member of The Positivity Project, a non-profit organization focused on character education.

Prior to his time on the faculty at West Point, Seth had a distinguished military career, serving in the 101st Airborne Division and the US Army’s First Special Forces Group. As a member of the Army’s elite Green Berets, he commanded a Special Forces detachment on multiple deployments around the world and later served as a special assistant to the Commanding General in Iraq.

Before coming to the University of Montana, Seth was a senior executive at the General Electric Company, where he was responsible for long-term strategy and business transformation at GE Transportation, a global company with over 10,000 employees and approximately $5 billion in revenue. Previously, he was President of GE Transportation’s Digital Solutions business and was GE Transportation’s first-ever Chief Digital Officer.

Seth and his wife Chelsea live in Missoula with their three children.

Hannah Lee

Hannah, as director at the Cognizant Foundation, leads strategy development and grantmaking efforts across the United States. Her work focuses on building equitable pipelines and pathways into technology jobs and addressing systemic barriers through policy.

Prior to joining the foundation, Hannah worked as a strategist at Mission Partners supporting purpose-driven organizations in developing strategy, equity-based practices, and impact communications. In addition, Hannah worked at GlobalGiving, connecting community-led organizations across the world to tools, training, and capital. Hannah serves on the core team at Back on My Feet, a national nonprofit that works to combat homelessness through the power of running, community support, and employment and housing resources. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, where her studies focused on public health policy and community action and social change.
